The Perfect
Balance of
Neta and Shari

The balance between neta (toppings) and shari (vinegared rice) is the most sensitive essence of making sushi.
We are proud of what we serve.
We hope you enjoy the elegant creation of our skilled sushi chefs.

SEAFOOD
All of our seafood toppings are freshly caught and carefully selected from fishing grounds of all across the nation. Enjoy our large variety of Japan’s seasonal taste at Yaichi!

TAMAGO
(Japanese Omelet)
Unlike other stores, we cook our own tamagoyaki at Yaichi. The secret recipe of our tamagoyaki was born in our kitchen, with the perfect amount of dashi soup, the precise mixing process, and the exact heat control.
No wonder everyone loves our Tamago sushi!

ABURI
(Grilling)
The aburi (grilling) method is often used in most sushi restaurants to bring out a mouth-watering flavor and aroma. After many trials and errors, we finally succeeded in creating the perfect grill for our aburi sushi. We grill our aburi neta for only a few seconds on this red-hot grill to elevate the flavor of the neta and shari.

WASABI
The well-known condiment, wasabi, is an essential seasoning for sushi. Its pungency and spiciness being the main character, we blend real wasabi with powdered wasabi to bring out its full flavor.

Yaichi’s shari is prepared with two types of Wakayama-grown rice, both carefully selected and blended in the perfect proportion. As the finishing touch to the shari, we mix our original red vinegar made from sake lees to harmonize the delicate combination of neta and shari.

GARI
(Ginger Slices)
Have you ever tried the gari in the pot on your table? These are sweet vinegar pickled ginger slices served as a palate cleanser between different flavored netas. Our gari is specially selected based on the delicious balance of sourness and sweetness, along with the perfectly crisp texture. Pop some in your mouth before you try your next dish to reset your taste buds.

OCHA
(Japanese Tea)
Yaichi offers three kinds of Japanese tea bags for you to choose from according to your liking.
Sencha(煎茶), the most popular green tea, is commonly drunk after meals.
Hojicha (ほうじ茶), a type of brown-colored tea roasted in high heat so you can enjoy a smooth taste.
Genmaicha (玄米茶) which is a mixture of green tea and roasted rice with low caffeine and a savory aroma.

We Take Pride
in Our Hospitality

Yaichi values the warm and genuine communication between our customers and our staffs, including our skilled sushi chefs. It all comes down to individuals that generate and build a special time and experience.
We make sure that your experience would be a special one, with the comfort and reassurance of your sushi being made before your eyes by a reliable chef.
